27.3.1 The Fundamental Theorem of Plane Vectors
Core idea
Pick any two arrows that aren't parallel as a skeleton, and every vector in the plane can be built from them in exactly one way.
Module goal. Use two non-collinear vectors as a base to describe any vector, then bring in coordinates so geometric operations turn into plain arithmetic.
