Core idea
An angle with its vertex at the center and two radii for sides is a central angle — the wider it opens, the longer the arc across from it.
Module goal. Build the equal relationships among a central angle, the arc it faces, and the chord it cuts, so that angle, arc, and chord can all be converted into one another.
