27.3.3 Coordinates of a Vector

Core idea

Slide the vector's tail to the origin, and the coordinates (x,y) of its tip are simply the vector's coordinates, a=(x,y).

Module goal. Use two non-collinear vectors as a base to describe any vector, then bring in coordinates so geometric operations turn into plain arithmetic.
